Sound Hearing Care, LLC. will file an insurance claim for diagnostic services rendered by our providers as long as we have a current copy of your insurance identification card. Please help us by having your insurance card to each visit.
Co-payments are a requirement by your insurance plan and are to be paid at the time of service.
Cash, Check, VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express are accepted for co-payments, co-insurance, deductibles, and any non-covered services or products. We offer 12-month financing options through Care Credit and Healthy Plan.
